Adelaide Metro
Led the UX and UI design of the new responsive website for Adelaide Metro, covering end-to-end customer journeys including journey planning, ticket booking, fare finders, maps and timetables, disruption notices, metroCARD login, and help/info areas.
I collaborated closely with key Adelaide Metro stakeholders to translate their new offline branding into a digital experience, ensuring consistency across physical signage and the responsive site. I also helped structure and design the chatbot assistant, including its conversational triage logic to improve usability and self-service success rates.
My responsibilities spanned the full UX process—from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and developer handover. I also built a scalable design system in Sketch, complete with reusable components, a style guide, and documentation to support consistency across all Adelaide Metro digital products.
