Vicmap Editing Software (VES)
Designed the Vicmap Editing Software (VES), an internal platform for the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP). VES replaced a semi-digital, email-driven process with a streamlined dashboard for Victorian government staff to manage and update land and mapping data.
I led the end-to-end UX and UI design using Axure RP for wireframes and interactive prototypes, and Adobe Illustrator for custom icons and supporting visuals. I worked closely with top users and stakeholders through interviews and workshops to surface pain points and ensure a smooth transition to a fully digital workflow.
I also supported the development team during implementation—providing SVG assets, reviewing builds, and assisting with QA to maintain design accuracy and consistency.
